Shipping policy

Lead time
Props are made to order and need a 2-3 week lead time before shipping. A resin figure made to order needs a 1-2 week lead before shipping.

Shipping time
Items are shipped from Canada and generally will use USPS, Fedex or UPS. Most items take about 4-6 business days after the courier has received the item. 

International shipping
Due to the large size of many props and logistical issues from the COVID pandemic, we are unable to ship outside of the USA and Canada until further notice. Sorry about that.
